Welcome to the Warrior Cats Design Club by @tanimtoo!If you would like to receive a random mystery character design every month, join the club! Information

HOW TO JOIN
Joining the club is simple and can be done at any moment! Simply follow the steps below if you're unsure.

  1. Log in to your Ko-fi account and head over to Tanim | WaCa Design Club on Ko-fi.

  2. Head over to the memberships and click Join. There's a chance it says 'We're full!' instead of 'Join'. This is because I have a limited amount of spots in the club for my own well-being. Limit may increase later.

  3. You will be taken to a summary where you can check the details one more time and where you can pay. Once you've paid, you're officially a member! Hell yeah!

  4. Once you're a member, please send me a message (click the envelope icon on my profile and let me know your Toyhou.se username!

  • Per my ToS, you will need a Toyhou.se account to own my designs. If you do not have a Toyhou.se account yet but would like to create one; just let me know and I will give you an invite code! (I have 200+ codes I don't know what to do with; don't feel bad asking for one <3)

DESIGN INFO
All my designs for the Design Club are hand-made. They mainly use personal bases I've created specifically for this project, though I may shake things up with some designs using unique lineart every now and then too!I don't re-use assets (other than the bases, obviously) in my designs. I don't re-use the same patterns in a different colour. Some designs may have similar looking patterns or colours, though this will never be intentional.>> Want to see some designs? Check out the Design History & Examples!I also wish to note; please don't feel bad trading the designs you get from the Design Club! The design you're getting is a mystery design and there's a chance you might not like it as much, and I completely understand that! If there's enough interest, I may open a section in my Discord server where people can trade their Design Club designs among eachother.

HOW TO QUIT
If you wish to cancel your membership for any reason, here's how you can do so! If these steps don't work, please have a look through Ko-fi's more extensive guide on cancelling your subscription or reach out to me for help!

  1. Log in to your Ko-fi account and head over to your Account Settings.

  2. Scroll down to Subscriptions and look for "Membership to Tan | WaCa Design Club".

  3. Click the three dots next to the subscription and choose Don't Renew.

  • You will likely get an email from Ko-fi to let you know that your subscription has been cancelled.

  • Don't forget I always send out the designs on the 1st-5th after the month you paid for. This means you may still receive a last design after you already cancelled.

Design Terms

CONDENSED TOS
NOTICE: This is the CONDENSED version of my regular ToS.Detailed info may be missing. The sole purpose of this condensed version is to have an easy overview of the main points. Please refer to the full ToS here for more detailed terms.

  • All designs must stay on Toyhou.se, they may not be deleted or traded off-site for any reason whatsoever.

  • Don't make 'breedables' using my designs. You're allowed to make similar-looking characters for family purposes.

  • Redesigning is okay, but;

  • The original design must stay on the profile (e.g. in a tab or subgallery),

  • The original design must be recognisable still,

  • Don't claim the design as yours after redesign.

  • Don't resell for more than you paid (the monthly subscription price) unless it comes with more art. Don't resell if you didn't pay (e.g. if you got the design through raffle, gift or trade).

  • I can't offer refunds on memberships.

  • You pay for next month's design. If you sign up, you will receive your first design the following month. If you cancel your membership, you will receive your last design the month after your last payment.

In the gallery below you can see a bunch of my unrelated Warrior Cats designs! These can be personal OCs, designs I made for friends, adopts, etc. Just to give some more examples!
NOTE: Some of these may have been drawn using other people's bases; please click the image to be taken to the character's Toyhou.se page if you wish to check out the base maker!>> This section is here temporarily for the early stages and will be removed once there are enough examples from the Design Club designs! :)

FUTURE PLANS
The project is currently quite small, but I have a few ideas I'm thinking about implementing. This list is here mainly for my own registration and for any curious folk. If you have suggestions, you're free to drop them in my Discord server or send me a message on Ko-fi about it!

  • Discounted membership for Ko-fi members of my personal Ko-fi page.

  • Channel/thread in Discord server where people can trade their Design Club designs among eachother.

  • Add a Ko-fi shop with WaCa Design Club related items:

  • [Members Only] 2$ "Additional Design": Allows members to receive a 2nd design next month along with the initial monthly design.

  • [Non-Members] 4$ "One-time Entry": Allows non-members to receive a design next month.
